We will send you the vouchers as soon as possible. The vouchers are usually taken to the post office in the evening of the same working day (During the winter break from the beginning of November to mid-March, the voucher dispatch can take up to 2 working days).

Our office team is there for you every day. Mondays-Fridays from 09:00-17:00. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 09:00-15:00. (During the winter break from the beginning of November until the middle of March, our office is available by phone on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00-15:00 )
